Ever the rebel, I think that She-Blob has abandoned any plans of being born from "down below" or even waiting to be cut and lifted out. Instead, from her recent activities, I'm fairly positive she has decided to tear her way up through my diaphragm and climb towards lungs and esophagus. Perhaps she will burst, Alien -like through my chest cavity...
